1 glass (200 ml) warm milk
2.5 cups (300 grams) flour
Directions
1. Prepare the Dough:
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm milk, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, and yogurt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Add Flour: Gradually add the flour to the mixture, stirring continuously until a soft dough forms.

2. Shape the Dough:
Divide Dough: Divide the dough into small, equal-sized portions.
Form Flatbreads: Shape each portion into a flat, round disc.
3. Preheat the Oven:
Set Temperature: Preheat your oven to 250°C (482°F).
4. Prepare for Baking:
Place Flatbreads: Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake the Flatbreads:
Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 6 minutes, or until the flatbreads are golden brown and cooked through.
