-What You’ll Need:
1.Really hot water
2.1 cup laundry detergent
3.1 cup powdered dishwasher detergent
4.1 cup bleach
5.1/2 cup Borax
-Instructions:
1.Fill your washing machine 1/3 full with hot water.
2.Add dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, bleach, and Borax. Let them dissolve.
3. Place your pillows in the machine (two at a time for balance).
4.Fill the machine with hot water and let it agitate for a few minutes. If you have a top-loading machine, you may need to turn the pillows over.
5.Allow the pillows to go through two rinse cycles.
6.After rinsing, dry the pillows according to their type. Down or feather pillows should be dried on an air cycle, while synthetic pillows should be dried on low heat. Use dryer balls or tennis balls in clean socks to keep them fluffy.
