8g dried ginger

 

19g whole cloves

 

40g dried rosemary

 

16g crushed black pepper

 

Pour in 250ml olive or coconut oil

 

Heat gently for 10–12 mins (don’t boil)

 

Cool, strain, store in glass bottle
