🍗 Hawaiian Grilled Teriyaki Chicken 🍗

Ingredients:

3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 cups soy sauce
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup mirin
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp black pepper
Instructions:

Mix cornstarch and soy sauce; add remaining ingredients.
Pound chicken, poke with fork, marinate overnight.
Grill chicken 5 minutes per side.
Heat sauce, serve with chicken over rice, garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
