Recipe:
– 1 cup vegetable oil
– 1 whole lemon
– Vinegar
– 1/2 tablespoon
– A pinch of salt to taste
– 1 teaspoon sugar
– 2 fresh eggs
– 1 teaspoon mustard
Procedure:
1. Crack and pour the egg into a bowl.
2. Add the mustard.
3. Add vinegar.
4. Add the lemon juice.
5. Add the salt and sugar.
6. Pour in the vegetable oil.
7. Whisk or mix everything until it becomes thick like mayonnaise.
Your mayonnaise is ready.
