• 2 eggs
• 4 tablespoons of milk
• 3 tablespoons of flour
• 1 tablespoon of grated cheese
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• Salt and pepper
• Red and yellow peppers
• Zucchini
• Onion
• Oil
METHOD
Cut the vegetables into small pieces and cook them in a pan, season with salt and pepper.
Pour two eggs into a bowl, salt, pepper and mix. Add the milk, cheese, flour, baking powder and mix.
Add the cooked vegetables and mix again. Fry the pancakes in hot oil until golden brown.
